WHO Calls Congo Ebola a Global Emergency as U.S. Invokes Title 42
The WHO declared the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda a public health emergency of international concern on Sunday. By Monday, the U.S. CDC had invoked Title 42 to restrict entry from the affected region and confirmed an American case.
